Rent and tenant charges are due and payable on the first day of each month. Tenant statements are sent to each tenant at the end of each month preceding the due date.
All checks should be made payable to 180 N LaSalle Property Owner LLC. Please see rent remittance information here.
Your billing address should be established prior to move-in. The Office of the Building has the capability to send billing statements to multiple addresses or via email, if desired.
