180 North LaSalle leases include a provision requiring tenants to have liability insurance and fire and extended coverage insurance for all tenant belongings located on the tenant’s premises. Up-to-date certificates of insurance must be forwarded to the Office of the Building at the time of policy renewal. Please see your lease for tenant Insurance requirements.
All vendors visiting 180 N LaSalle on behalf of tenants must have a valid certificate of insurance on file.

Commercial Crime Coverage: | $1,000,000 each claim |
Worker's Compensation: | Statutory Amount. All contractors hired shall be obligated to maintain their own Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage. |
Employer's Liability: | $1,000,000 bodily injury by accident, each accident; $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease, each employee; $1,000,000 bodily injury by disease, policy limit |
Specialty Coverage:
Professional liability (where professional services are included in contract) | $2,000,000 per claim |
Contractors Pollution Liability and/or Asbestos Pollution Liability (where required): | $2,000,000 per claim or per occurrence |
